June Jelly Day scheduled at Gladstone’s Library

Free Wi-Fi and warm, convivial surroundings for home-workers at Gladstone’s Library
Following the success and positive feedback for its first four Jelly Days, Gladstone’s Library has scheduled a June Jelly date.
Jelly is an informal co-working event where freelancers, home-workers and small business owners can bring their laptops and work, chat and collaborate with others. The ethos of Jelly is to be accessible to all so the venue, Wi-Fi and parking are all provided free of charge, with food and drink available to purchase.
Jelly differs from networking in that the aim is not to find new clients or to sell yourself or your business, its aim is simply to bring home-workers together in a relaxed, informal, working environment to maximise creativity and minimise the isolation that being your own boss can bring! Sometimes quiet, sometimes chatty, Jellies are a great way to meet new business contacts, although are not ‘networking’ events and direct selling to fellow Jelly attendees is discouraged.
Gladstone’s Library’s next Jelly Day takes place 10am – 4pm on Thursday, 8th June and is completely free of charge. Following this, subsequent Jelly Days will be announced via the Library’s website and social media channels.
Booking is essential. To book, please call 01244 532350 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be advised that the Library will provide as many power sockets as possible, but you should ensure to arrive with a full battery!
