Debbie Hancox - International Trade Development Manager
Debbie Hancox is International Trade Development Manager within the Chamber’s International Trade Team. She is fully qualified in British Chambers of Commerce export documentation and support procedures and is responsible for managing and developing the International Trade Department by improving the products and services that the team provides and positively developing its relationships with exporters, key partners and stakeholders relating to international trade activity.
Debbie has a wealth of experience in International Trade, starting out as a shipping clerk for an Icelandic shipping agent in Liverpool and going on to working in international trade departments for global multi-national companies for 25 years. Latterly, she worked in the Public Sector for a period of time, gaining invaluable knowledge of project management documentation. She is the first point of contact for our export training course enquiries and is also responsible for the Chamber’s Quarterly International Trade Forum.
Debbie provides customers working in international trade, the support they need by liaising and speaking to people face to face to help or signpost to relevant best practice and knowledge.
